Hello,

I am having trouble with my printer. I can't access any of the settings,  I do not know the IP address of the printer, so I am unable to access the web interface.

I can't factory reset as every menu comes up with "Menu Access is disabled".

Is there a way to hard reset the printer? Any help is much appreciated.

Kind regards,

Rob
