HP Officejet 100 Mobile printer has every light flashing on it's panel. And I am unable to print. Unable to shut printer down either. Did troubleshooting and received message that no troubles detected. Any suggestions?

Hello TNMom58
Below are the steps that should resolve the issue for "All Lights Flashing" - ( including your suggestion 🙂 )
- Unplug the Power cord from back of the unit and from the Wall outlet. Unplug the USB cable .
- Remove the Battery Backup.
- Wait for 1 minute.
- Install the Battery backup . Plug in the Power cord to Wall out let and then to printer. The printer should power up automatically, If the printer does not Power On , then press the Power button.
