i have a hp officejet 6110 all in one copy, fax, scan and printer. and the explanation mark is on and it wont power on at all. i have the done all of the unplugging and plugging it back up. it still will not power it on. i have even made sure that all my parts are in tight and correctly. i read and read all different solutions and none of them has seem to work. i need help resolve this issue because i use my printer on a everyday basis.

i have a officejet 6110 all-in-one printer and i can not get it to power on. i try to turn it on and the explanation mark lights up orange, and stays on. what could i do to possibly fix this error to get my printer back on and working?

I'd like to help!
I understand that you are getting an exclamation mark on the ink level and you are unable to print.
Are you using HP genuine ink cartridges?
The exclamation light may not go off, but you can still print normally.
Try a printer reset as below
1. Remove all ink cartridges from the printer
2. Remove the power cord from the outlet whilst the printer is still switched on.
3. Wait 5 minutes
4. Replace the power cord
5. Switch on
6. Install all the ink cartridges from the order when prompted by the printer
