HP Office Jet Pro 8020
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hp office jet pro 8020 won't print on long edge.  When I print double sided the second page prints upside down. Front page faces up and back page faces down. I've tried both long edge for duplex printing and short edge and doesn't make a difference.  I'm using windows 10.  I've only just purchased the printer, any advice welcome please.

Thanks for the reply.  I ended up doing a Windows 10 / computer update and seems to have righted itself. Fingers crossed.

@AARRGGHH_2020, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Are you using the full-featured printer driver on the computer to print?

Kindly refer to How to Print on Both Sides of the Paper (Windows).

If the issue persists, use the HP Smart app to print and scan from your Win PC and check if that helps.

Click here to download and know more about the app.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
