HP Recommended

As hp seem to be impossible to contact by email I just thought I would let whoever sees this know that I will be sticking my printer (hp Officejet pro 9710) in the rubbish bin tomorrow morning and going to buy another printer. can anyone recommend a brand other than this garbage?
