Hi.  not gust the photos are 10.5x15.  evrithing i send in eprint  from my e-mail is 10.5x15. i didnt fix the problem. evrithing  is like this photo  the documents and evrithing. is gust in the up part of the paper and 10.5x15.Thank you.002.jpg

Hi,

The ePrint settings are limited, you can only print an image file at a size of 10 X 15, meaning this is by design and cannit be changed:

Paper size for image attachments: 101.6 x 152.4 mm (4 x 6 in)

As a reference see the 'Can I change the default print settings for an HP ePrint print job?' within the following article:
