hp photosmart 7520
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Photosmart 7520 won't save ip address.

After replacing Arris Modem and Linksys EA7300 Router with same, set up all exactly as was. Printer printing. No problems. Has 2 AP's all same SSID. Worked for three days, then quit working because the printer has no IP Address. Set static IP and printed fine. For 3 hours. Then wouldn't print, again shows no IP Address.

Setting manually, IP address/Subnet/Gateway/DNS all not connected. Set IP 010.000.001.249 click [Done], goes back and shows IP address, everything else "Not Connected", so far normal. Set Subnet 255.255.255.000 click [Done], goes back and now shows IP Address "Not Connected" along with Gateway/DNS. Go back to IP Address and re-enter, click [Done] and now shows IP Address  but Subnet/Gateway/DNS all not connected. It doesn't matter which one I set up, when I go back, it shows the one I selected correctly but when I set up the next item, the other 3 then shows "Not Connected".

Shows connected to correct wireless network and password verified. Won't set up DHCP, won't set up with WPS.

Any thoughts? Thank you for your time.

This issue has been resolved. The security settings set up by the tech who installed the Linksys/Cisco router had set the security as WPA2/WPA Mixed Mode, changed to WPA2 Personal and I was able to configure the printer. I still don't understand why it worked for a short period of time when the router was replaced or for a couple of hours after the 1st return trip. Thanks for your response!
