I have an hp photosmart 8750: I haven't used it on a while, and just changed all the cartriges.
I was looking onthe menu board on top. It is in FRENCH.
I am using a macbook pro, with Yosemite.
Of course no driver updates available.
How do I change languages?
thanks

@hankpac, welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out.
I understand that the display language on your HP Photosmart 8750 printer is in French and you want to change it to English.
Don't worry as I have a few steps that should help fix this issue.
And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: http://hp.care/2j9UTvt
Let me know how that works.
I hope you have a good day ahead.

Well, that worked, and I think you. Now the issue is printing. I did the 3d level jet cleaning, and it seemed to print correctly, excep the colors are washed out. I used brand new cartriges.
I printed a photo to tst, and Wow, what a mess.
The colors were all wrong, Not even close. Bizare.
I read all the trouble shooting stuff, but I am wondering that since HP is no longer supporting this machine, if the drivers on this mac are just not up to date for my mac (which is using Yosemite)
Any ideas?
Finaly, if this isn't going to work out, I am wondering what photo printer to replace it with. I was superb, rich images, that I can frame.
Your suggestions, folks would be appreciated.
Finallyi if this machine isn't uable, what can I do with all this large format paper I have?

@hankpac, thank you for your reply, I'll be more than glad to help you.
I understand that the display language got back to English but I also see that you are facing print quality issues while printing photos.
This could be an issue with the printhead.
Please follow page no 41 and 42 in the user guide from the link: http://hp.care/2k5e8dR

Thanks. I followed everything on the instructions. I even did level 3 cleaning.
I'm starting to run outof ink, and apparently cartrige 101 (blue/color) is difficult to find.
So. If I cannot get this resolved, I'm going to dump this printer, and start using commercial print shops.
