Only two more suggestions...
1. Try printing from a different browser like Firefox or Chrome
or
2. Uninstall - Reinstall the HP software, reboot your computer, and try printing again.

Hi there,
Please try running these two Microsoft Fixit links - they might help 🙂

None of these suggestions work. Used to be able to print web pages but, not now. Wanted to do a system restore but, a restore point doesn't go back far enough since I need to go back some time before November. Any more suggestions?

I updated Internet Explorer and it messed up my AOL home page and I think AOL is my default browser. Got things back to par with AOL and wanted to try Chrome as a browser but the system requirements for a processor was an Intel Pentium 4 or later. My computer shows my processor is Intel(r) Celeron(r) cpu e3300 @ 2.50ghz, 2500mhz, 2 core(s), 2 logical processor(s). I don't know if that is equivalent to an Intel Pentium 4 or later. Also, couldn't find the system requirements for Firefox. I uninstalled my printer and reinstalled the printer but, still no luck with printing web pages. I have AVG 9.0 free edition 2012 as my anti-virus program and it tells me my printer installation may fail if I don't temporarily disable it. I didn't disable it and it didn't give me any message saying my printer installation failed.
Anything that I select to print on a web page shows the printer icon on the task bar with zero documents in the print queue. Also, every so often my printer control panel will show a red line below the buttons and a blue light traveling across it with a beep when it gets to the far right side and then after several attemps, you will hear the ink cartridges make a noise and the control panel will show the various buttons for print, scan, and copy. As I said before, this printer used to print the web pages and now it doesn't.

Okay, glad AOL is working for you. Now let's see if we can get those webpages printing again.
Please try HP's Print and Scan Doctor. Let it run, select your printer, then click "Fix Printing". Let me know if it works, or gives any errors to fix 🙂

Tried HP's Print and Scan Doctor. Everything checked out okay. I decided to try Internet Explorer once again as my browser instead of AOL. For some unknown reason I was able to print and print preview web pages using this browser but, not with using AOL.
All of your suggestions were really great so, I am going to go back to your previous suggestion about using a different browser or uninstall-reinstall the HP software (which I did both) and click "Kudos Thumbs-Up" and "Accept as Solution".
