hp printer error code b305dff9 on HP Printer 9020 Series. I've followed the power cord features and checked the firmware (on auto-update). Any permanent solutions?

Hello,
This error code B305DFF9 requires a printer reset.
You will need to follow the instructions below to solve this issue:
- On the front panel of the printer, click four times on the location of the back arrow
(the arrow being inactive).
- A hidden menu will appear, click Support menu.
- Scroll down to Reset Menu, and validate with OK.
- Scroll down to Semi-Full reset, and validate with OK.
- The printer will shut down, please restart it.
- Please reconfigure the printer.

Hi Mans:
Thanks for your help. Previously I could shut the printer down for a couple of days and then could use it for x number of days before the error would pop up again. I did exactly as you said to do so I'm hoping this is a permanent fix. Thank you so much for your quick response with your solution.
