HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series

Hi, my HP printer (HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series) sometimes prints a 1 page document over 5 pages. If I reset it will I have to resent my instant ink subscription?

If your HP printer is printing one page over multiple pages, it may be caused by incorrect printer settings or driver settings. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

Check Print Settings: Before printing, make sure to review the print settings in the application you are printing from. Look for options like "Page Scaling" or "Fit to Page" and ensure they are set correctly. Select "Actual Size" or "None" to ensure the document is printed at its original size.

Adjust Paper Size Settings: Verify that the paper size settings in both the application and printer driver match the actual paper size you are using. Mismatched settings can cause the printer to scale down the document to fit the paper, resulting in multiple pages being printed for a single page of content.

Update Printer Drivers: Outdated or incompatible printer drivers can sometimes cause printing issues. Visit the HP website and download the latest drivers for your specific printer model. Install the updated drivers and restart your computer before attempting to print again.
