2 questions:
HP2300 printer only prints 1 page under windows 10 no matter what I do; can't find a mopier option to deinstall.
2nd is hardware: when printer tray is 1/4 full it quits picking up paper and starts making a chucking sound. I can't remember which part causes this, but one of the printer suppliers gave me the wrong answer and I replaced a part that wasn't the issue. It has to do with paper pickup and depth.
Any help on either one is appreciated. Please reply to my e-mail address if you have any idea; also there are others I see on here who have similar issues.

What is the condition of the pickup roller? A worn roller will do ok with a full tray but not have enough grip to feed later on. Multiple rotations are a prime indicator of a worn roller. Which driver are you using under Windows 10. The best choice is the Universal Print Driver V6.9

Unfortunately installing version 6.9 UPD did not change anything. It still prints 1 copy when I call for multiples; it does print out a sheet that says unable to store job at printer; printer not configured to collate. Solution: Configure a RAM disk or install a hard disk if supported.

Are you asking for multiple collated copies? If so, it is possible that in standard configuration the 2300, being a very very old printer simply does not have the memory capacity to collate and you may need to print in non collated form and manually collate afterwards. Adding memory might resolve the issue, but some of the older printers just don't have the capacity to offer these features with newer larger documents.
