I have an hp 3070a printer out of warranty. I made a complete reset of the printer by mistake, now I'm asking to insert the initial cartridges. I do not have it anymore, how can I do? If you are looking for where can I buy? They are hp 364 cartridges specific for configuration. Many thanks to those who want to help me.

A warm welcome to HP Community!
We might be able to bypass the initial printer setup by performing an OOBE(Out of box experience) reset. The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've send you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
