i HAVE HP ENVY Photo 7134 All-In-One Printer Frozen on start up

My 7134 is stuck in start up. I have tried the power but believe in need to carry out a semi full reset

If the display panel never loads or is blank all you can do is power off

Unplug from wall

Unplug from back of printer

Press the power on 2-3 times to discharge power

plug back on.

Watch the reset video. After resetting, you generally have 2 hours to complete the setup. Decide if you want to connect the printer to the router or to print directly to the printer and bypass the router.

Many HP and other OEM printers have problems with the router when the router has two bands and both bands have the same name (SSID). Log into the modem and rename one of the bands. Alternately, contact your ISP and have them rename a band.

Or simply use Wi-Fi direct.

Let me know if you have a flex system (Wi-Fi boosters or repeaters) as the setup is much more complicated for routers.

Whilst the printer turns on, it is still failing to load past the HP screen with the first, of seven, blue dots filled. It does not progress beyond here however long it is left. Am unable to turn the device off using the printer power button, and powering down the device does not work

It seems to be broken.  HP does not sell parts for these printer and a used one is under $30 GBP
