So does normal printing from your computer or any report from the control panel of the printer come out correct?  Sorry but your post is not clear as you only talk about copy and scanning. My guess is you either have a bad cartridge or a bad contact in the cartridge cavity that is not providing the right voltages to the drum.

no error in control panel. I understood it completely problem of catridge

but its still printing black page even after changing catridge. completely black pages with compatible catridge and semi dark pages with original catridge
