Which application do you use to print ? Please download, instal and use the following software to print
http://www.hp.com/global/us/en/consumer/digital_photography/free/software/photo-creations.html
When open the software, you can select Quick Prints with size upfront (I use cm, not in therefore 10x15 (cm) equals 4x6 (in).\
