@randy173, Hello and welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your question. I'm here to help you get things back on track.

I understand you're seeing a "Print Canceled" message on your HP ENVY Inspire 7200e printer. Let's go through a few steps to resolve this issue:

Restart Printer and Computer

  1. Turn off your printer and unplug the power cable.
  2. Shut down your computer.
  3. Wait for 60 seconds.
  4. Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
  5. Restart your computer and try printing again.

Clear Print Queue

Sometimes, stuck print jobs can cause cancellation errors.

On Windows:

  1. Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
  2. Scroll down and right-click Print Spooler, then click Stop.
  3. Go to C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS and delete all files.
  4. Go back to services.msc, right-click Print Spooler, and click Start.

On macOS:

  • Go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners, select your printer, and click Open Print Queue. Cancel all jobs.

Reinstall the Printer

  1. Remove the printer from your computer:
    • Windows: Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners, select your printer, and click Remove device.
    • macOS: Go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners, select the printer, and click the minus (-) button.
  2. Download and install the latest driver using HP Smart: HP Smart

Check HP+ and Instant Ink Settings

If you're enrolled in HP+ or Instant Ink, ensure:

  • Your printer is connected to the internet.
  • Your HP account is active and not paused or suspended.

I hope the information shared has been useful and resolves your concern.

Wishing you a smooth and hassle-free experience ahead!
