@randy173, Hello and welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your question. I'm here to help you get things back on track.
I understand you're seeing a "Print Canceled" message on your HP ENVY Inspire 7200e printer. Let's go through a few steps to resolve this issue:
Restart Printer and Computer
- Turn off your printer and unplug the power cable.
- Shut down your computer.
- Wait for 60 seconds.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
- Restart your computer and try printing again.
Clear Print Queue
Sometimes, stuck print jobs can cause cancellation errors.
On Windows:
- Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
- Scroll down and right-click Print Spooler, then click Stop.
- Go to C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS and delete all files.
- Go back to services.msc, right-click Print Spooler, and click Start.
On macOS:
- Go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners, select your printer, and click Open Print Queue. Cancel all jobs.
Reinstall the Printer
- Remove the printer from your computer:
- Windows: Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners, select your printer, and click Remove device.
- macOS: Go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners, select the printer, and click the minus (-) button.
- Download and install the latest driver using HP Smart: HP Smart
Check HP+ and Instant Ink Settings
If you're enrolled in HP+ or Instant Ink, ensure:
- Your printer is connected to the internet.
- Your HP account is active and not paused or suspended.
I hope the information shared has been useful and resolves your concern.
Wishing you a smooth and hassle-free experience ahead!
