Which of the ink cartridge is indicated in the error?
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
If the error persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer as you have used a new ink cartridge. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
