- i keep getting b82bc338 error code on 7900 series printer

All of a sudden my printer lights flash all over the place. Then, a blue screen with a power button icon and this error "B82BC338" comes on and the printer does not work. I have turned it off for 15 minutes and plugged it in ....then it may or may not print and then the error shows up again. I read that you should turn off the power by the button on the back of the hp printer but as far as I can see there is no button in the back just in the front of the printer. Any help?

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP ENVY Inspire 7958e All-in-One Printer getting b82bc338 error. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
Let's try resetting the printer and check once
1) Take out the cartridges.
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Wait for 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not into a surge protector.
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.
- Update the full feature printer software using this link. Click Here
