hp envy photo 6230
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i have just recieved inks from instant ink 2 days ago for my hp envy photo 6830... I am on large printing a month 500 pages and I have 431 rollover pages.

I am making some A5 leaflets for work using my new ink I had to print back and front this has took 391 pages and my ink has run out already but I have heard nothing from Hp instant ink to say they are dispatching more new ones? I am concerned as i have a dead line to do these in and I need to do another 100 pages (50 lealets) yet.

anyone know what I can do about this or a contact number???

help please 🙂

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.  You may need to wait until Monday for support to be available.
