Product: HP 3510 e- all-in-one series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I inserted the ink cartridge in backwards so now it is stuck it the slot and I can't get it out to correct so that i can insert it properly

Hi I would like to assist to the best of my ability to solve your problem.I hope the information i supply will be of help.

The only way to rectify this is to have the printhead assembly stripped and remove the cartridge.Then to put the right cartridge back where it belongs.Any other method trying to remove the cartridge might damage the cartridge assembly.
