I understand you're getting blank pages printing through AirPrint from your iOS device. To assist you better, I'd like to know the following-

  • What happens when you make photocopies on the printer?
  • Which application are you trying to print from? Have you tried printing from any other application?
  • Did you check the ink levels on the printer?

Meanwhile, check for any updates on your iOS device. Also, update the printer firmware.

Download available firmware updates from the HP website. With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

 

Refer to the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues for help.
