bonjour

je ciens a cheter une imprimante hp7740

j ai imprimé environ 20 pages en couleur  pas de soucis

 

j ai imprimé une feuille en recto verso   bourrage papier     retrait des papiers 

imprimante n imprime plus

laisser plus de 60 secondes pour réinitialiser    reste avec le logo  vérification qui tourne en permanence

comment réinitialiser l imprimante en parametrage usine  sachant que l ecran de commande ne reagit pas ???
