in printing PDF from bank page is made black, using much ink. A different pdf was OK.

Printing a pdf from the bank (internet banking) , the A4 page is made black. A different pdf  , not from a bank, is printed  normaly.

INkjet printer HP ENVY 4520 All-in -one-printer.

It's likely a translation problem - the printer won't print if it cannot translate the content into Printer language.

Try / Consider

Print the offending PDF file as an image.

Reinstall / Update your PDF Reader (Adobe Reader DC /Optional  Foxit Reader)

• HINT:  Watch out for and UNCHECK unwanted extra software
• Adobe Reader DC software should be installed even if you do not open / view / print PDF files directly from the software.

If the file will not print due to unusual content (odd fonts, color schemes, tables, other oddities), print the file as an Image.  Image printing does not require the printer software to translate file content.

1. Open the offending document in Adobe Reader DC

1. Click Print icon > Set other options on the menu > Click Advanced button

1. Set the printer select the colors (Optional)
2. Select Print the PDF file as an image

Open document in Reader DC

Click the print icon...

Adjust the settings on the main menu

Click Properties to select the Shortcut and add the paper size

Click OK to save the changes and exit the Properties menu

Back on the main print menu, when ready, click Print
