Product: HP Ink Tank Wireless 419

hi,

 

I had recently shifted my house and in the process somehow the movers mishandled the printer and ink was leaked out. now when I turn on the printer to take printout, I am noticing "incompatible cartridge" error on the HP Smart app. 

 

How do I resolve this and get my printer back working.
