Product: Envy 7155
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Printer has been working fine.  Have 'incompatible cartridge' error.  Cartridge has been working just fine and ios the saem knd I always use; HP 64 and have been working fine.  I tried all troublshotting ercommended; yet the eror does not go away.
