I purchased the Tesco remanufactured black ink cartridge for my HP AMP 100 series (first time changing ink as i brought second hand and they recommended the Tesco ink). I installed the ink cartridge, it printed a test page and then immediately went into error mode. The printer is now offline so i can't communicate with it via the HP smart app and the carriage is docked to the left hand side so i can't remove the cartridges at all, I have tried resetting the printer, accessing it through the IP address etc. but nothing is working. The lights won't come on and i cannot connect it to the internet at all. When i open the front the carriage doesn't even move. HELP...as i really do not know how to solve this without manually taking the printer apart.

@hotdoghotdoghot, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand you are not able to sue the printer as it is in an error state.
HP does not recommend the use of non-HP ink cartridges. It may or may not work. HP cannot guarantee its functionality.
For more info, refer to - Dynamic Security Enabled Printers
To resolve any ink cartridge-related issues, refer to - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge.
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Carriage jam or E3 error
To connect the printer to a wireless network, use the WPS method - Connecting an HP Printer Using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
