ink cartridge error HP Envy Photo 6255

I have a HP Envy Photo 6250 I have been trying to set it up.

 

multi color ink cartridge error. Ordered a new cartridge. Same error and will not go past that error. I have tried to reset the printer several times with and without ink cartridges and just the black ink cartridge 

 

Please help stays stuck at error message and no panel lights except the ink cartridge error message

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
