I was notified that I was out of black ink and re-ordered whole package. In mean time, my computer went into repair shop. Had to be replaced with rebuilt computer. When I received both, i put new cartridges into new computer. Still received same old notification. Black ink cartridge (damaged). Replaced it with new one. Same thing. Have re-installed printer, printer ink and still cannot print. Any ideas??

What exactly is the error message? Is the message on the printer screen or the computer? Is there any error number associated with the message?
