Product: hp office jet 4620

message says cartridge problem.

have cleared all paths...no paper stuck

says 1 or more cartridge missing of damaged

says print carriage cannot move

I cannot bring cartridge holder out for fear of damaging

Ink cartridge stuck underneath right side; unable to access at all

unable to pull out

message on printer says: print carriage cannot move

no paper obstruction at all

please help
