HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer

i have unplugged and restarted my computer after installing hp ink cartridges and my error message is that they are incompatible with my printer. this is the second set of cartridges i have installed on the printer and have received same message. i also have been thru the hp website and virtual agent and tried to down load new drivers for my printer but none of these solutions seem to help. I do know that hp is incorporating about 40%  reefurbished plastic in their cartridges. i have never had an issue before when installing new cartridges - i am wondering if the refurbished plastic has anything to do with not working in the printers.  Help am at a loss as i do like my 9015 all in one printer.

Hi@babydoll67,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-In-One Printer.

I have a few recommendations

  • With the new firmware, some printers may encounter an Incompatible, Incompatible Cartridges, or Defective Cartridges error on the printer control panel or computer after inserting a new Original HP ink cartridge and do not print.
