Product: HP DeskJet ink Advantage 4535

Hello,
I have an ink problem. I bought the original black ink, marked 652 from HP. The problem is that after inserting new ink into the printer, it stops reading both cartridges for me, the printer shows that there is no ink. When I put in old black ink, or only color is left, the printer normally reads the ink level.
