I have found the reset information for the Service Ink Capacity Warning "The service ink container in the duplex module is full. At some point, smears on your printouts may occur. Obtain a replacement duplex module from HP to avoid smears. Use care when removing the duplex module to avoid touching the ink in the container area and any that may be on the roller or nearby surfaces." The instructions say to press the back arrow 4 times. My problem is that the back arrow does not appear to press it.
Any ideas?

If you are getting the warning, you likely need to replace the waste ink tank, typically they cause issues before the warning comes up. The back arrow will typically not show, you just need to press the location where the back arrow normally is which I believe is the lower left of the outer frame of the display panel.

Which printer do you have, hard to answer the question accurately without knowing that.
