Hello , i couldn`t print anything but its showed me that i have black in on and then i decided to check in the net if there was any solution to it and it said clean your printhead , and so i did wnet under the tap a lot of ink came out and the i cleaned it with paper towel so there is no water on it , put it in the printer and then it said system in failure ink system failure 0xc19a0020

, tryed the reset few times , tryed cleaning cartrige vents , tryed cleaning printhead under tap water then paper towel dry 

 

 

 

* Sorry if there is mistakes wrote this in a hurry need to get out of the house fast*

I have gone through your Post and this is a Hardware issue
