yes, I soalked it also.  no luck.  I really need a new one and I'm not paying for one.  I'm also not spending an hour on the phone and on hold while I go thru the same stuff.  I don't understand why there's no way to pass it to a supervisor yourself who can get back to me.  I don't think I'll ever purchase from HP again unless I get satisfaction.

I have an HP Photosmart premium printer C309 I am getting ink system failure 0XC19A0020. Is saying to turn the printer off and then on I have done that numerous times and still continues. I have cleaned the pinheads in contacts. I understand I might need new pinheads? Can you ship them to me? [Personal Information Removed]. I have so much ink I do not want to throw away the printer without one last try. I can be reached at area code [Personal Information Removed]

i think you mean "printhead" instead of pinheads.  for your HP photosmart printer c309, you need either part no. CN642A or CB326-30002, which is a replacement hp 564 printhead.  see if HP parts store still has this or order one either or Amazon or eBay.

I recently got the dreaded ink system failure 0XC19A0020 error on my family's HP Officejet 6500a plus E710N printer and it looks like the printhead assembly module has gotten some excess ink residue on it.  tried to clean it and removed & re-installed ink cartridges but the error persists.  After having that printer for about 7 years, it's time to get a replacement printhead module for the 6500a printer, which is part no. CN643A.
