I tried to order a 364xl cartridge but the website kept showing 301 which I bought.  I don't think it's the right cartridge - can anyone tell me if I can use it?

Hi,

 

Depending on where you bought your printer, the number could be 364 or 564 (incuding XL). 364 is for 5520 printers bought in Western Europe, not 301.

 

364 cartridges are very popular, you should be able to find them in your country.

Thanks for that - I thought 301 wasn't correct but  I find the website extremely difficult to negotiate and couldn't find the 364 anywhere.  I am now inclined to buy it from the local supermarket although it will be more expensive.  I don't even know if I can return it as it seems impossible to speak to someone to find out how to return it.  I am not happy with HP!!
