Hi,
Just up greaded to new laptop that has windows 10 and can not get my printer to to be seen . When the printer is connected by the USB port, laptop just scans, loads an app for wireless use only and will not see or interact with the printer as the unit is not a wireless modle, (only 5 years old). printer still runs great on the Windows 7 laptop , but the laptop keeps freezing as is the reasosn for the upgrade.
Question is how do I get the new laptop to use my printer?
I still have the DC that came with it but it will not run the install on W10 laptop.
Please help.
thank you,
denise

- If using a USB cable to connect the printer and computer, disconnect the cable
