I am a Instant Ink subscriber for two months now. Last time I got sent two black cartridges. One was fine, but the second one didn't work. I tried everything from resetting to cleaning, but still no luck. I got sent a new one, but that still means I can't print anything until the new one arrives ... it at least takes a week to arrive so I can't print for a quarter of the subscription time ...
I also got sent only 1 new black one, so when that's empty, I will be waiting again probably.

“Your Instant Ink account page has data on past deliveries and estimated shipments. It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP’s data. Any issues will be shown with steps to fix. Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at “instantink.com”.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Please share us few details through a private message, So I can check the account details and ship you the replacement ink cartridges through an express shipment.

I understand your concern and thanks for sharing the account details.
I have checked the account details and processed an order to ship you the ink cartridges at an express shipment for all the inconvenience.
However, I would suggest you try with the replacement ink cartridges and check if the issue persists.
If you still have issues printing after replacing the ink cartridges, it is a hardware issue with the printer.
