am trying to install an upgrade on my hp envy 7640 all in one printer and it is asking for an ip address which i cannot find. can someone hlp me?

To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:

 

  • Are you trying to update the printer firmware?
  • How is the printer connected to your computer?
  • What is the Operating System installed on your Computer?

 

The IP address of the printer can be found by tapping on the Wireless icon on your printer display.

 

Let me know if you need further assistance.
