Hi I'm hoping someone can help or point me in the right direction i'm having issues printing in color from our 5225DN the first pic is from a seperate printer and how it should look the 2nd pic is how our printer is printing the image and the 3rd pic is the color report from the 5225dn as seen there's only an issue when prints are recieved from pc's laptops etc... the diags looks absolutely fine.

If all toners are printing properly in diagnostics, then the issue may be caused by an incorrect driver being used which results in a colors being misinterpreted.
