I just set up new printer when I get to IP address I can't get the keybord to print a 9 I can see the  9 on the second line but when I push the key it just gives me w, x, y, and z and will not go to the line with the 9 in it  what am I doing wrong

I see that you are experiencing issues issue putting in the Encryption on the printer. I can help you with this. I checked on the printer and when you go to put in the 9 key you will see on the display boxes with letters and at the end it will show the 9. (actually off screen till you keep tapping and they will appear) The trick is to keep tapping the 9 key until the display shows the 9 come up in one of the boxes. Then let go of the 9 key, it should put in the number 9.

 

The back arrow will backspace out a wrong entry. Just so you know.

thanks for the reply but I don't think I explaned the question I can see the 9 but its under the first line of leters and I don't know how to go to the second line I pushed the up and down buttons and still can't get 2 the line where the 9 is when i hold down the key it only goes thru the letters w,x,y,and z over and over I know there has 2 b away to got the 9 to print  The guide does not explan and I could find nothing about this on the Forum, it must b something simple but I am lost and had to give up new printer and no way to print sorry 2 b such a pain

I am trying to set up a C410a printer for wireless

I can't get in all of the WEP w/o typing something wrong

I read a support article that I should press the back arrow

I don't have one on my keyboard

and trying to use the one in the window does not do the function

 

HELP !!!!!!

keyboard on right or
