Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If the lights on your HP ENVY 6452e All-in-One Printer have stopped working, it can be indicative of several underlying issues. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

Check Power Connection:

  • Ensure the printer is properly connected to a power source.
  • Try using a different power outlet or a different power cord if available.

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer completely and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

Inspect for Error Messages:

  • Look at the printer's control panel or screen for any error messages or codes.
  • Follow any troubleshooting steps mentioned in those error messages.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Check that the printer's firmware is up to date. You can do this by accessing the HP Smart App or visiting the HP support website to download and install any available updates.

Reset the Printer:

  • Perform a factory reset on the printer. This can often resolve issues with the hardware and lights.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
