Hi,
i'm trying to configure a m110w printer. communication and driver work correctly but unfortunately the configuration is not complete. i tried anything but nothing works!!! it's so frustrating and unnerving. I lost many hour of my life. I installed the printer with hp smart but it says "printer configuration not completed". In the printer web service i can see "web service status", "internet connection" and "connection of the printer to hp connected" that are ok! Hp print and scand doctor tell me that every check is ok (everything is green) but i can't print the test print page. This is the status of the printer in the webservice
"Printer setup incomplete. Your HP+ printer must be set up using the HP Smart app. Visit 123.hp.com to download the app and complete the guided setup. Any pages you have printed were intended for setup and have been exhausted. If you completed setup, turn your printer off for at least a minute, then turn it back on. Wait a few minutes to let your printer status refresh and try to print again. Visit hp.com/plus-support for additional setup help."
i tried to setup for hp+ with hp smart app but not works for me!
i tried to "Restore all network settings to their factory default values" e restart again but not work!
i don't know what can i do now.
I see blue wifi led static and orange attention light blink. Ready lighti is green and static.
Please help me.
