As you can see from the picture I have toner in the cartridges but black while it is printing is faded and magenta is not printing at all.  This problem happened after I moved perhaps the printer got jostled around?  Thanks for any help

Likely you only have an issue with the magenta. The black in the section where it shows the toner level looks good, the faded text elsewhere suggests that HP may be using composite color for the text which would result in the fading you are seeing. 

Either you have a defective cartridge or one of the contacts for that color is damaged. If remove all the cartridges and examine the left wall of the toner cartridge cavity you will see 4 sets of contacts that correspond to each of the colors. They should all be clean and identical to each other. Photo below is an example for location, not a picture of your actual model.
