My printer is stuck on this message: "load paper into the input tray, and then press OK".  I can print from my desktop, but can not copy.  My internet changed and I can not get to the right screen on the printer to re-establish a wireless connection, so I also can not wirelessly print.  I have tried unplugging it, cords and all.  I saw an archived post about needing specific instructions for my printer on how to do a hard/factory reset.  How do I get those instructions emailed to me?

@norman600, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are not able to connect the printer to the wireless network and cannot print.

On the printer screen, go to Setup > Network > Wireless > On

Use the WPS method to connect the printer, refer to - Connecting an HP Printer Using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)

Also, perform the steps mentioned in this document - An 'Out of Paper' Message Displays on the Control Panel and the All-in-One Does Not Pick Up Paper

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
