Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

error missing or failed printhead, went through all of the steps with final suggestion, "buy a $250 new printhead, and if that doesn't work get the printer serviced".  Does it make sense to spend $250 just to find out that is not the solution?  Where can I get an HP printer serviced?
