It looks like the print quality test report is indicating issues with Black and Cyan colors. You can try cleaning the printhead again, sometimes cleaning the printheads several times would clear any ink clogging and improve the print quality.
In order to clean the printheads, touch Settings, touch Tools, and then touch Clean Printhead. Touch Clean Again to perform a second cleaning.
If issue persist even after cleaning the printhead several time, then I'm afraid its a possible printhead failure and the printer may have to be serviced or replaced. If that's the case, then you may call HP Support to obtain all available repair/replacement options, you can reach you regional HP Support from here.
