Hi @Lenny28,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're unable to see your emails to print from your iPhone SE using the HP Smart App, there could be a few potential reasons for this:
- App Permissions: Ensure that the HP Smart App has permission to access your emails. You can check this by going to your iPhone's Settings, selecting HP Smart from the list of apps, and verifying that access to your email is enabled.
- Email Configuration: Make sure that your email account is properly configured on your iPhone SE. If you're using the default Mail app, ensure that your email account is set up and functioning correctly. If you're using a third-party email app, ensure that it's properly configured to fetch emails.
- HP Smart App Settings: Check the settings within the HP Smart App to ensure that email printing is enabled. There may be an option to sync your email accounts within the app's settings.
- Update App and Phone: Make sure that both the HP Smart App and your iPhone SE are running the latest software versions. Updates often include bug fixes and improvements that can resolve issues like this.
- Compatibility: Confirm that your iPhone SE model is compatible with the HP Smart App for the specific features you're trying to use. Sometimes, older phone models may not support certain functionalities due to hardware limitations.
- Network Connectivity: Ensure that your iPhone SE is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your HP OfficeJet 8015e printer. Without a proper network connection, the app may not be able to detect the printer or access email content for printing.
- Check Documentation: Review the user manual or online documentation for the HP Smart App and your printer model. There may be specific troubleshooting steps or requirements outlined that can help resolve the issue.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
