Bonjour,

mon imprimante HP6830 ne veut plus imprimer suite à un message d' erreur: Problèmes de cartouche " une ou plusieurs cartouches semblent être endommagées. Retirez les et remplacez les par des cartouches neuves". C' est ce que j'ai fait, mais le message d' erreur est tjs le même, et je ne peuxpas imprimer
