@CukorWelcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP DeskJet 3762 keeps reprinting the same document endlessly on Windows 11, it’s likely due to a stuck print job or a miscommunication between the printer and the system. Here are some steps to help you stop the reprinting and prevent it from happening again:

Cancel All Print Jobs

  • Press Windows + R, type control printers, and hit Enter.
  • Right-click your HP DeskJet 3762 and select See what's printing.
  • In the print queue window, click Printer > Cancel All Documents.

Restart Print Spooler Service

  • Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
  • Scroll down to Print Spooler, right-click it, and choose Restart.

Power Cycle the Printer

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

Check for Multiple Printer Instances

  • Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  • If you see more than one instance of your printer, remove duplicates by right-clicking and selecting Remove device.

Update or Reinstall Printer Driver

  • Visit the official HP support page: Official HP® Support
  • Download and install the latest driver for Windows 11.
  • Alternatively, uninstall the printer from Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners, then reinstall it.

Check for Stuck Print Jobs in HP Smart App (if used)

  • Open the HP Smart app and check the print queue.
  • Cancel any stuck jobs from within the app.

Preventive Tips

  • Always wait for a print job to finish before sending another.
  • Avoid printing large documents with many pages unless necessary.
  • Keep your printer firmware updated via HP Smart or the support site.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
